I love how 'hearts' is just a little blurred; it makes the poem sort of drift off, inviting you to follow, or gives the feel that the poem's end is too meaningful to be crisp. And the use of red, the way it smears a little--it isn't pretty or romantic, because it isn't supposed to be. Even the title is clinical and harsh in your mouth, but has an almost-romantic (dangerous) meaning. Everything about this just works so perfectly. I really love it.
